Conference Fee

Each day is separately bookable

APHM Members : RM450 per person per day
Non-Members : RM500 per person per day
Foreign Participants : US$200 per person per day

Special package rate for 3 days event (choice of any 3 days)

APHM Members : RM1,050 per person
Non-Members : RM1,300 per person
Foreign Participants : US$500 per person

Special package rate for 4 days event

APHM Members : RM1,400 per person
Non-Members : RM1,750 per person
Foreign Participants : US$600 per person

(Fee includes lunch, tea breaks, Conference material and Certificate of Attendance)

Local participants Group Discount : RM50 off per person for 3 or more participants from the same organization

ISQua/ASQua members : 10% off foreign participant’s rate

CONFERENCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All fees are to be paid before the Conference and payable to “Association of Private Hospitals of Malaysia”. Registration fees will only be refunded if written notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior to the Conference. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the Conference, a substitute is welcomed, otherwise the full fee is charged. If no written notice is received, or if the participant fails to report for the Conference, the full fee is chargeable.
