Dato’ Dr Ravindran Jegasothy

Dato’ Dr Ravindran Jegasothy is presently the Senior Consultant and Head of the Department of O&G at Hospital Kuala Lumpur. He graduated with the MBBS from the University of Malaya and currently is a Fellow of the Royal College of O&G. He has the Masters in O&G from the National University of Singapore and is a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine of Malaysia, Indian Academy of Medical Sciences as well as the International College of Surgeons. He was awarded the Distinguished Community Service Award by the International Federation of Gynaecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) in 2003.He currently serves as a committee member of the Malaysian Society of Quality in Health as well as a councillor in the Malaysian Council on Healthcare Standards. He is a committee member of the Asian Society of Quality in Health.
