In 1986 Stuart moved to Singapore to join the management team of Mount Elizabeth Hospital, then to Malaysia in Subang Jaya Medical Centre as the Chief Operating Officer. Two years were spent with Radicare as the Regional Manager before moving to Gleneagles Intan Medical Centre as the Chief Executive Officer for 8 years.

Now, as Managing Director of Vamed Healthcare Services Sdn Bhd and Managing Director designate of Vamed Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd, Stuart has been able to consolidate his health care career knowledge and experiences into development and operations of hospitals in both the public sector and private sector in Malaysia, Vietnam, and Sri Lanka.

Stuart Pack has now been in Malaysia for over 16 years, and sees significant opportunities for further development of health care services, from a quality and safety perspective, to new and innovative delivery systems of treatments. Stuart Pack is also excited by the untapped opportunities in the areas of rehabilitation care, preventive medicine, ambulatory care, and diagnostic medicine.
