Vincent Low

Vincent Low is the Vice President (Business Development) for G – Energy Global Pte. Ltd. (Singapore). He is also a Key Qualified Persons (KQP) accredited by Energy Sustainability Unit (ESU)  -  National University of Singapore (NUS) and Certified Green Mark Professional (Cert. GMP) accredited by Building  and Construction Authority (BCA) of Singapore.

G-Energy Global has been involved in the energy and system performance for clients in Singapore and Southeast Asia. The company is recognized as an Energy and Sustainable Design consulting firm and also help numerous companies achieves numbers of Building Energy Efficiency Labeling Award by Singapore National Environment Agency (NEA) & Energy Sustainability Unit (National University of Singapore). In 2008, he also assists the first private developer to achieve the prestige Green Mark “Platinum” Award by Building Construction Authority (BCA).

He is also the Chairman for Energy Efficiency Committee (Sustainability Energy Association of Singapore (SEAS) ; direct the committee to promote energy conservation through:

  1. Working together with Singapore Polytechnic to provide Singapore Certified Energy Management Program and Specialist Diploma In Energy Management and Auditing
  2. Working with Energy Sustainability Unit(NUS) to conduct Singapore Certified Energy Manager(SCEM)
  3. Working together with Industrial Technical Education (ITE) to provide certification in Energy Auditing.
  4. Conducting yearly Energy Efficiency Seminar and Courses
  5. Working closely with the government agency

Beside, he also support in the following committee:

  1. NEA Singapore Green Plan 2012 Action Programme Committee on Clean Air & Climate Change.
  2. Working Group on Revision of Singapore Code of Practice (CP13).
  3. BCA Energy Modeling Technical Committee.
  4. The National Climate Change Committee Chemicals Workgroup
  5. Standardization Pro-tem Committee on Renewable Energy & Energy Efficiency (SPREEE).
  6. The National Climate Change Committee R&D Workgroup.
